Mims Talton serves as President and CEO of Flogistix. With over 30 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, he focuses on production optimization, field service, and equipment manufacturing. Mims has founded and operated several successful oilfield companies, including Compressco, Inc., Compressco Testing, Master Meter, Well Link Corporation, and Mims Oil Tools. He holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Oklahoma.
Jim Merrill brings over 20 years of finance and accounting experience to his role as Chief Financial Officer. His past roles include CFO of a small-cap exploration and production company, controller for a property and casualty insurance company, and public accountant for a Big Four firm. Jim holds degrees in finance and accounting from the University of Oklahoma and is a certified public accountant.
Drake Andarakes joined Flogistix in May 2011, bringing over 30 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. Prior to Flogistix, Drake worked in the artificial lift segment, holding various sales and business development positions. He also has extensive experience in open/cased hole logging, wireline perforating, and tubing conveyed perforating. Drake holds two business degrees from the University of Oklahoma and is a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers.
Aaron Baker joined Flogistix in 2002 and now serves as Vice President of Compression Engineering. His nearly 20-year career in the gas compression industry includes roles in manufacturing, field operations, engineering, design, and product development. Aaron holds a bachelor’s degree from West Texas A&M University.
Danny Burrows joined Flogistix in January 2024 as Vice President of Software Engineering, bringing over a decade of experience in software development, startup leadership, management, and consulting. Before Flogistix, Danny held leadership positions in various industries, including legal services, hospitality, and e-commerce. He holds a bachelor's degree in Psychology from Arizona State University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Oregon State University.
Allison Goodman serves as Vice President of Human Resources at Flogistix. Joining the company in March 2017, Allison has over 10 years of HR experience in recruiting, people and culture management, compliance, client relations, and training. She holds a degree in Human Development from Oklahoma State University and oversees all HR functions, including the company's sustainability initiatives.
Kristin Hincke joined Flogistix in May 2021 as Director of ESG, bringing over 30 years of experience in government and public relations. Previously, she worked for an independent oil and gas producer, several industry trade associations, and represented the oilfield services sector on Capitol Hill. Kristin holds a bachelor's degree from the University of New Mexico and a master's degree from the University of Oklahoma.
Denys LeBlanc joined Flogistix in May 2024 after more than 20 years in executive roles in the oil and gas industry. Most recently, he served as Vice President of Downhole Products and Services for Lufkin Industries, managing a team of 260 employees across 31 locations. Denys holds a bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering Technology with a focus in Industrial Electronics Technology from New Brunswick College in Moncton, New Brunswick, Canada.
Todd Moehlenbrock joined Flogistix in August 2022, with over 30 years of experience in the upstream oil and gas industry. He has worked for both major and independent oil and gas companies in various technical, operational, and leadership roles. Todd holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Tulsa.
Kevin Pollard brings over 25 years of operations leadership to his role as Vice President of Manufacturing. Prior to Flogistix, Kevin held similar roles in large-cap automotive, HVAC, and industrial companies, focusing on operational excellence. Kevin holds a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Central Missouri.
Michael Southard joined Flogistix in February 2014, bringing over 30 years of experience in the safety and health discipline. Before Flogistix, Michael worked with international companies in the chemical, construction, and manufacturing industries. He holds a bachelor's degree in Environmental Safety and Health and is a member of the American Society of Safety Engineers.
