At Flogistix, we believe in making a positive impact beyond the workplace. Our commitment to community involvement reflects our deep care for our employees and the surrounding communities.

Flogistix Culture

Flogistix is committed to building strong families and communities in the areas where we operate.

In addition to investing our charitable dollars in these communities through our “Flogistix for Kids” initiative, Flogistix invests in our communities through our volunteer program entitled FloGive.

FloGive Volunteer Program

At least once a year, Flogistix hosts a company-sponsored volunteer event.

In addition, Flogistix employees are given 16 hours in a calendar year to pursue individual volunteer opportunities of their choice. Our hope is that our employees will feel empowered and encouraged to pursue volunteer opportunities that are meaningful to them and that add value to their professional environment and work life while making a positive impact on the community.

Flogistix employees embraced our volunteer efforts through FloGive. During our 2023 inaugural year, the Flogistix team made a difference.

Sponsored 24 company-wide FloGive events across seven states
192 hours were donated through company-sponsored events
170 Flogistix employees participated in FloGive events
405.5 hours of individual Volunteer Time-Off (VTO) were used
$6k+ donated from Flogistix employees to their communities
$12k+ donated from Flogistix by matching employee giving

"Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful committed individuals can change the world. In fact, it's the only thing that ever has."

School Supply Drive

Flogistix is passionate about children. Nowhere is this passion more evident than at Christmas and the start of each school year. Since 2022, Flogistix has made providing school supplies for students a priority.

Flogistix employees have donated personal funds and help collect and donate school supplies to area schools and churches in their respective areas. Flogistix proudly matches employee contributions dollar-for-dollar ensuring more children have what they need to start the school year off with a sense of pride.

Food Bank

At Flogistix, we believe providing food to those less fortunate is the ultimate act of kindness. Employees all over the company spend time each month helping organizations focused on providing meals in the communities we call home.

Our Carlsbad Field Office partners with United Way of Eddy County and Roadrunner Food Bank of New Mexico to distribute food to community members who benefit from assistance. Through this partnership, Flogistix has helped distribute over 2,500 pounds of food to the Eddy County community.Flogistix employees in Oklahoma have helped sort and organize donations to the Regional Food Bank of Oklahoma.

We have also provided meals to local nonprofits including House of Healing, God’s Helping Hands, Canadian County Youth & Family Services, Lord’s Harvest, El Reno Senior Citizens Center, and many others.

STEM Center Initiatives

In 2021, Flogistix partnered with the Cal Ripken Sr. Foundation to bring STEM education to the areas where we live and work. The Ripken Foundation’s mission of helping “at-risk youth engage in age-appropriate STEM learning in a structured environment with trained teachers and mentors” aligns perfectly with Flogistix’s focus on helping at-risk youth. These state-of-the-art centers make STEM education accessible to all and make learning fun and exciting.

Through this partnership with the Foundation, school systems, and other community partners, Flogistix has been a part of opening eighteen Ripken Foundation STEM Centers across three states with plans to expand to each state where Flogistix has operations and employees.
